Basic Step- A class geared
to those new to step as well as those who enjoy simple choreography to elevate
the heart rate
and burn calories.
Basic Training- Join trainer Carol foster for this military style basic training workout! Group meets in the gymnasium Monday and Wednesdays 6:30PM.
Breathe - A YOGA class with ChiGong to warm up and oxygenate the muscles
facilitating the stretch, and Pilates to strengthen
the abdominals and lower
back which stabilize the spine.
Cardio Circuit (SilverSneakers Level II)
- Non-impact aerobic activity
alternated with strength training.
Cardio Combo- Low impact and step aerobics
for endurance, resistance training for strength and stretching for
flexibility are combined to address all the components of fitness.
Core Strength- Build support for the spine by strengthening the abs and lower back while improving balance, agility, coordination and posture.
Cycling - A group cycle class designed to
motivate participant to increase cardiovascular
endurance and burn calories.
Cycle and Abs- Group cycling class with a bonus core workout.
Hard Core Abs- A class to hit your abs from every angle possible! Are you hardcore enough to make it?
Muscular Strength and Range of Motion (SilverSneakers Level I) -
Exercises designed to increase strength,
R.O.M and activity for daily living
skills.
Strut- Music inspires the moves in this dance-based, easy to follow cardio workout. let yourself be carried away by Latin Rhythms, Country Crooning, Rock n Roll, World Beats , rhythm and Blues, Disco and Pop classics
Total Body Training- This total body workout offers a basic format for targeting the entire body--chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs and core--building lean muscle, strength and endurance thereby revving the metabolism.
Walk off the Pounds- Anyone can do these moves, from simple marches to basic side steps and kickbacks. Join your friends for this easy to follow workout with Terri for inspiration and a resistant belt and hand weights to tone the upper body.
Yoga Stretch- Create harmony of movement for the whole body with these seated and standing poses in combination with restorative breathing exercises. A Yoga class for every body offering safe and effective options to increase flexibility and balance to improve each individual's sense of well being.
Zumba
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin Dance.
It combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic
routine that is fun and easy to follow.
Maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
Tuesdays and Thursdays-9:30AM & 5:45PM
Wednesdays- 6:30PM
Saturdays- 9:30AM
