CALLING ALL KIDS!
Starting this April, The F.I.T Program!
A members only program.
F.I.T. is a circuit training class for youth members 8-13. This class will offer dynamic warm ups, strength and endurance training, plyometric and cardio, body weight exercises and static stretches. The program is led by trained instructors insuring safe, effective training for kid’s growing bodies.
Class will be held in our new Youth & Teen Fitness area located in the Youth & Teen Room.
Ages 8 -10
Mondays, 6:00 – 7:00pm
Saturdays, 10:00 – 11:00pm
Wednesdays, 7:00 – 8:00pm
Saturdays, 11:00am – 12:00pm
