Linda felt that she needed more added to her workout so she decided to try the Easy Rider Spin class.
“ About a year ago, I started taking Easy Rider. I couldn’t do very much at first, but the instructor, Marnie, told me to work at my own pace. I started out with no tension on the bike and about a max of 50 RPMs. Now I can do an average of 80-95 RPMs and a level 25 resistance. Last week, I was even able to finally “come out of the saddle” or stand up to pedal. That’s something that I never thought I’d be able to do.
Easy Rider has helped me so much. It has improved my self confidence, stamina, endurance and it has also helped with the arthritis in my knee.
My advice is that you can do anything you put your mind to. Easy Rider has shown me that. “
Easy Rider is offered on Thursdays at 8:30AM in the Spin Room .
