The Mon Valley YMCA will be hosting fitness classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at Carroll Lane Park starting this Monday, May 25.
*8:30AM – 9:00AM Total Body Training (cardio & body weight strength)
*9:05AM – 9:45AM Breathe (Yoga Qigong Pilates)
*10:00AM – 10:45AM Circuit (Silver Sneakers)
Please bring a mask. Masks are not required for workout. We will be practicing social distancing with our spacing.
Please bring your own mat.
Also note that there are no restrooms.
