Children will learn the fundamentals of soccer.
Learn to trap, dribble and pass. We’ll play games to reinforce “no hands” and learn how to shoot a goal.

The fitness class, R.I.P.P.E.D., for 6-12 year olds, begins on October 3 in the Activity Hall.
Description: Fun, high-intensity conditioning with bouts of active recovery to improve speed and cardiovascular capacity, performed with a certain amount of playfulness. We also teach what muscles are, how they work, and how to train them to become stronger and perform better for sports and daily life. Various sports-based moves to aid in agility, coordination and landing safely are also used.

Futsal helps to improve overall soccer techniques such as passing, receiving, control, dribbling and shooting, in addition to tactics such as possession, attacking and defending. The clinic will focus on repetitive, individual skill work and team tactics through small sided games.
