Boot Camp for Kids
Kids who exercise have stronger muscles and bones, have a leaner body, are less likely to become overweight, decrease the risk of
developing type 2 diabetes, have lower blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels and enjoy a better outlook on life.

Little ones will learn the fundamentals of soccer while having fun! Learn to trap, dribble and pass. We’ll play games to reinforce “no hands” and how to shoot a goal.
Date: Wednesdays, March 27-May 1
Time: 11:45AM – 12:15PM held in the gymnasium

Regulation Dodge Ball rules apply. Teams are based on number of participants to show up each week.
Tae Kwon Do
Classes are for anyone age 6-adult. Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM. Students may join at any time.
